TIME OF COLLECTION

The amount of your purchase will be charged at the time of shipment.

**In case you have chosen the "MANUAL" payment with cash on delivery (payment in cash upon delivery), your order will be prepared upon receipt of the payment and shipped.

REFUSAL OF CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT

In case of problems with cash on delivery payment, it is possible to cancel the order within 12 hours of the order.
You can contact us subsequently within 12 hours of the order but no later than 36 hours to request the cancellation of the order, and the cost of the outgoing and return shipment, if the package has already been sent, will be charged to the customer.

In cases where the user chooses the cash on delivery delivery method and does not make payment to the carrier and/or the courier at the time of delivery of the goods, he will in any case be required to pay the Provider, by way of penalty and at the request of the Provider, pursuant to and for the effects of art. 1382 of the Civil Code, the immediately payable amount equal to 30% of the total payment amount, as contained in the Acceptance Confirmation/Integrated Order Acceptance Confirmation, in addition to the reimbursement of shipping costs.
