Returns and Refunds

? RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE OR NON-COMPLIANT ITEMS

You may return a product purchased on vortexmoda.it within 15 days from the shipping date, but only in the following cases:

  • An error in the order fulfillment

  • A defective or damaged product

There are two available return options:

1. Return at Our Physical Wholesale Location

? Via Torino 118, Pavilion F10 – 10036 Settimo Torinese (TO), Italy

What you need:

  • The product to be returned

  • A copy of the purchase invoice (digital or printed)

? No online request is required.
If you are unable to come in person, someone else may return the item on your behalf.

2. Return via Courier (at customer’s expense)

You can send the item back using a courier of your choice, at your own expense, to the address above.

Steps:

  • Include the product and the invoice in the package

  • Contact us via WhatsApp at +39 3271973963 before shipping to confirm the process

? How to Access Your Invoice

  • With a unique code: Log in to your tax drawer (cassetto fiscale). The invoice will be available the day after the purchase.

  • Without a unique code: The invoice will be sent to your certified email (PEC).

  • Alternatively, you can request it by email, WhatsApp, or as a printed copy at the time of purchase.

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Returns are not accepted for any reasons other than those listed above (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, personal preference).
Please contact us if you have any questions or require clarification.

? EXCHANGES FOR PERSONAL PREFERENCE

If you wish to exchange a product for reasons of taste, personal preference, or unsuitability for resale, you may request it within 15 days, under the following conditions:

  • The product is in excellent condition

  • The items match exactly what was originally shipped

  • The product has not been ironed, altered, or modified in any way

You may request:

  • A product exchange, or

  • A refund

? How to request an exchange or refund:

  1. Within 15 days of receiving your order, send a written request:

    • via WhatsApp at +39 3271973963

    • or via email at modavortex@gmail.com

  2. After receiving our approval, you may ship the products to the address indicated above.

  3. Once the return is received, we will verify its condition.
    If everything complies, we will process the refund or exchange within 15 working days.

? REFUNDS

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash (if returned in person)

  • Or product exchange, upon request

? You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed.
⏱ If the amount is not visible in your bank account within 14 days, we recommend showing the refund confirmation to your bank for further assistance.

? AUTOMATIC REFUNDS FOR OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

  • If up to 50% of the ordered products are out of stock, you will receive a partial refund automatically, following a WhatsApp notification.
    If you do not respond, the refund will still be processed.

  • If more than 50% of the items are unavailable, we will contact you to choose one of the following:

    • Full refund

    • Replacement of unavailable products

    • Partial refund of the price difference

? SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are never covered by Vortex Moda, except in the case of:

  • A confirmed shipping error

  • A product with an evident defect

Shipping services are provided by third-party carriers and are not the responsibility of our company.
