HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

To use the free return of an item purchased on vortexmoda.it, you must make the return within 30 days from the shipping date of your order. The options for returning the merchandise are as follows:

1. In a Vortex Moda physical store

You can return your order at the VORTEX MODA physical store where the purchase was made. You just need to deliver the items you wish to return along with the purchase invoice. You can show it on your phone or print a copy. Please note that it is not necessary to request the return through the web/APP for the return in the physical store. Please note that, if you cannot go to the physical store, a person you trust can do it for you.

How to access your purchase invoice?

  • If you have a unique code, log in with your username and password to your fiscal drawer. You will receive a copy of your invoice in your portal the day after the purchase.
  • If you do not have a unique code, you will receive a copy of your invoice in your certified email (PEC).
  • In any case, you can request a paper copy of your invoice at the time of purchase.

The return of the product is only available in the following cases:

  • Error in shipping the order
  • Faulty or damaged product

2. Online

You can return your order by mail. Contact us informing about the items you wish to return along with the purchase invoice. Please note that, if you cannot go to the physical store, a person you trust can do it for you.

HOW TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

Product exchange is allowed, shipping costs to exchange the product always fall on the customer. If you need more information, contact us.

REFUND

Contact us to request a refund. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase. Once made, you will receive the refund confirmation by email. If more than 14 days have passed and the refund is still not available in your current account, show this confirmation to your bank so they can help speed up the process.

The refund of an order is made in 2 cases:

  • In case some products of the order have run out at the time of the order (max. 30%), the cost of those products will be automatically refunded by the program without notice.
  • In case more products of the order have run out at the time of the same (more than 30%), we will contact you to decide whether to receive the full refund of the order or possibly replace the products and receive the refund of the difference.
